Dampney’s Rustic Rhubarb & Ginger is made using naturally ripened fruit from the New Forest. The rhubarb is steeped in spirit for just the right length of time to draw out the intense flavour. With the ginger added to provide extra warmth once it has been hand pressed and filtered it produces a liqueur that is smooth but with enough bite to combat a chilly day.
 
The sharpest of the range, this is a real warmer on a bitter day.
